Oldham Live Well Evaluation
Oldham Council
GM Live Well is Greater Manchester's commitment to ensuring great every day support is available in every neighbourhood. It represents a shift in how public services work with people and communities. Live Well is a partnership between NHS GM, 10GM and GMCA, the 10 local authorities, health, business, the Voluntary, Community, Faith and social enterprise sector and people and communities.
