Waikato Regional Council (Council) invites tenders for the Lower Piako River Right Bank Pipiroa to Ngatea Stop bank Upgrade Stages 2, 3 and 4. This Tender is for the upgrade of a section of the Piako River flood protection stop bank between Pipiroa and Ngatea. This significant earthworks contract will upgrade the height of 1,625m of stop bank and shift 3,356m of stop bank that is too close to the river edge. The Piako River right bank stop bank is bounded to the north by State highway 25 and to the south by State Highway 2. Council is looking for credible contractors who have the capacity, capability, experience and resources to deliver this project on time and within budget. They need to have a good track record on health and safety and environmental management. A compulsory site inspection will be held on 30 July 2026 at 9:00am. Attendance is mandatory to ensure all tenderers have viewed the site, understood the associated hazards and issues associated with the site/project, plus have an opportunity to ask questions of Council’s Operations staff and Project Manager about the project. This project involves the upgrade of the existing mechanical services installation at 126 Oxford Street in Levin. The building is owned and managed by Horowhenua District Council. The scope of this project is to upgrade the existing aging VRF system with a new Hybrid VRF system as part of a roof remediation project, and to upgrade the existing exhaust air ventilation system. The project works comprise: • Building type: Commercial office (Horowhenua District Council Civic Centre). • Floors: Two office floors plus basement car parking. • Net lettable area: ~2,500 m2 excluding the basement. The work is to be carried out in accordance with the drawings and this specification, but if the contractor has any concerns regarding the work, or any suggestions to improve efficiency, buildability, quality, or economy, they are welcome to raise these with the engineer who will decide on the matters raised. This Civic Building will be occupied with staff while the work is carried out. The contractor shall include for the supply, installation, modification, testing, commissioning, proving / demonstration and setting to work of all the equipment and materials required to complete the HVAC services. This shall include all skilled labour for the completion of the works, ready for handover to the client in working order, along with all supporting handover documentation. This specification covers the following services: • Removal and disposal of the existing VRF system • Installation of new Hybrid VRF outdoor plant (six units) • Installation of new Hybrid VRF units (50 indoor units in total) • Installation of seven Hybrid VRF branch controllers, and all associated refrigerant pipework, water pipework, and domestic water supply and expansion systems. • Removal and disposal of the existing bar grilles as documented on the demolition plans. • Installation of new double deflection linear bar grilles. • Installation of ten new fans replacing the existing fans. • Condensate drainage to indoor

Health NZ Waitematā - High Voltage (HV) Metering Project Contractor - 14 x files attached. Health New Zealand, Northern Region, Waitematā District (the Principal) is seeking to procure the services of a Vector approved High Voltage (HV) Electrical Contractor to deliver the design and build of HV Electrical Site Tariff Metering at the North Shore Hospital (NSH) campus (the Project). The Principal is undertaking the Design and Build of Electrical Site Tariff Metering at the NSH Campus. The NSH site currently has at least 10 Low Voltage (LV) and 2 x Medium Voltage (MV) electrical tariff meters. These shall be replaced by two HV site boundary meters. Decommissioning of these LV and MV meters and their removal may form part of this scope as a variation, other than substation 4 which shall be included. The existing HV entry point on Shea Terrace is part of the NSH owned and maintained Substation 4. Modifications to this substation are required to facilitate the new metering. This is the primary (dedicated) feed from the local Vector Wairau zone substation. A new substation (Substation 6) provisioning for a 1 Mega Volt Ampere (MVA) transformer shall be established along the northern boundary with Carmel College which will also include a new HV meter. This will intercept the existing secondary backup feed, also from the Wairau zone substation. Note: The current Vector demarcation of the secondary supply of the NSH site is currently at substation 3 by the Whenua Pupuke building, not at Shakespeare Rd itself. The new demarcation point shall be this new Substation 6. Although the HV network within the NSH site is privately owned, all works should comply with Vector standards unless authorised by the Principal. Note: Other Health NZ Northern Region hospitals may source the same / similar services during the contract term of the contract awarded as a result of this procurement. Selwyn District continues to see rapid growth in residential and commercial development, particularly in the urban centres of Rolleston, Lincoln, and Prebbleton. These communities are serviced by the Selwyn Sewerage Scheme (SSS), which comprises pumped conveyance to the Pines Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) for centralised treatment and disposal. The Pines WWTP is located south-west of Rolleston and operates as a Biological Nutrient Removal (BNR) plant, with treated effluent discharged to the surrounding land. The current plant is designed to treat in the order of 60,000 Population Equivalent (PE) flows and loads, a capacity limit that is fast approaching. To cater for this growth, the SSS and Pines WWTP are scheduled to undergo significant staged expansion over the next 10-year period, with the ultimate aim of increasing treatment and disposal capacity to 180,000 PE. As part of the planned expansion of the Pines WWTP, SWL has identified the replacement of the existing inlet works as an early and critical component of the overall upgrade programme, forming Stage 1 of the planned works. New inlet works are required to increase hydraulic and treatment capacity, and to provide a reliable and maintainable foundation for the broader plant expansion works that will follow. The works under this Contract are to be delivered under a Design and Build (D&B) delivery model, whereby the Contractor shall be responsible for the design, supply, construction, installation, and commissioning of the new inlet works and all associated works at the Pines WWTP. The Contract Works include, but are not limited to, the inlet works structure, site layout and grading, pipelines and services, foul water packaged pump station, roading and drainage, buildings and other civil structures, and electrical and controls systems, as further detailed in the relevant sections of this document. The proposed tool must use AI-enabled analytics to ingest, structure and analyse raw, semi-structured and structured NZTA project data, including cost, risk, schedule, reporting and assurance information, and convert it into practical forecasting and decision-support outputs. It is intended to provide an AI-enabled forecasting and early-warning layer across cost, risk and schedule by identifying patterns, correlations, outliers and weak indicators that may signal emerging delivery pressures. The purpose of this EOI is to identify suppliers that can help NZTA develop a reliable, secure, explainable and scalable AI-enabled tool that improves delivery confidence across cost, risk and schedule. The preferred solution should also create a foundation NZTA can progressively own, maintain and enhance internally. • use AI-enabled methods to ingest, structure and analyse NZTA project data in varying states of quality and maturity; • apply predictive modelling and advanced analytics to assess cost forecasts, risk exposure, schedule requirements and delivery confidence; • generate explainable confidence indicators, exception triggers and variance signals for further review.
