EOI for Thames Central Office - Accommodation Solutions
Thames-Coromandel District Council
Thames-Coromandel District Council (TCDC) invites respondents to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the provision of accommodation solutions for TCDC’s Thames-based administration and service delivery functions. We are not prescribing a solution. This EOI is deliberately open ended and we want to hear from the market about the full range of options available to us; from developer-led models through to land sale and new build, refurbishment partnerships, co-location, joint ventures, and any other innovative models respondents wish to put forward. This is an opportunity to shape a significant, long-term civic facility outcome in the heart of Thames. TCDC is committed to moving to a final decision within a six-month timeframe and is approaching this engagement with an open mind. Nothing is off the table.

EOI for Partnership Opportunity Canterbury Provincial Chambers Buildings
Infrastructure
Christchurch City Council invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from parties interested in a potential Opportunity relating to the restoration, activation, management, and long-term stewardship of the Canterbury Provincial Council Buildings (CPCB). This EOI is an exploratory, non-binding market engagement process. It is not a procurement process and will not result in the award of a contract at this stage. Its purpose is to inform the Council’s understanding of market interest, capability, potential partnership structures, and key commercial and delivery considerations prior to any decision on next steps. As one of New Zealand’s most significant heritage landmarks, the CPCB presents an opportunity to consider how heritage preservation, activation, public value, and long-term sustainability might be advanced through an appropriate future arrangement.
3-Waters Operations & Maintenance Contract
Gisborne District Council
Gisborne District Council owns and maintains a three waters infrastructure network in the district that supplies water, wastewater, and stormwater services to connected properties. The scope of work includes the operations and maintenance of Council’s drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater networks and the maintenance of selected facilities including the water treatment plants and wastewater treatment plants. The scope includes a 365/24 response to network issues. Council intends to include $3 million of capital and renewal projects (within each full financial year) in the scope of work. The estimated value of the Contract is approximately $7.6 million per annum, including the $3 million of capital and renewal projects. In addition, the Contractor has the opportunity to competitively tender for additional work from Council’s capital works programme that is approximately $15 million per annum. An initial contract term of seven years with a right of renewal, subject to performance, of a further three years (maximum contract term ten years) is proposed. The Contract commences on the 1 July 2027. A generous mobilisation period has been allowed for in the tender programme. The annual contract value, opportunity to competitively tender for additional work from Council’s extensive capital programme, and the contract term make this an attractive proposition. Next steps: - Complete and return Appendix 1 – Proposal Acknowledgement Form indicating your intention to submit a Proposal. - Register for a Respondent Site Visit. Site Visits will be scheduled for the 8th and 9th July 2026.

Duvauchelle Water Supply Treatment Plant
Infrastructure
The purpose of this RFT is to invite Tenderers to submit their Tenders for the upgrade of the Kaitouna Duvauchelle Water Supply Treatment Plant. The existing Duvauchelle Water Treatment Plant (WTP) utilises conventional media and cartridge filtration technology and does not consistently comply with the Drinking Water Standards for New Zealand. During high turbidity events, water must be brought by tanker from elsewhere to meet demand, at a significant cost. The purpose of the project is to upgrade the existing water supply treatment plant, to ensure that Council provides a facility that: • Produces drinking water in accordance with the following New Zealand Drinking Water Regulatory Framework. • Utilises membrane filtration to provide a minimum 4 log protozoa credit. • Has low total lifecycle costs, including by minimising energy use and chemical use. • Provides fully automated plant operation, with a high level of reliability, to minimise operational interventions and maintenance requirements and associated costs. • Has conforming electrical, instrument and controls system design and operation including SCADA interface and telemetry system. The new treatment plant will be constructed on the site of the existing treatment plant. The site is an operational water treatment plant, which must be maintained in continuous service during the Contract.
