N4H seeks to reduce the risk of zoonotic disease emergence and future pandemics by addressing the underlying biodiversity, ecosystem and land-use drivers that increase interactions among wildlife, livestock and humans.During the N4H Scoping Phase, UNDP Angola and national partners will identify priority biodiversity and ecosystem drivers of zoonotic risk, assess existing governance and surveillance systems, strengthen cross-sectoral collaboration and develop an investment-ready N4H Implementation Project Document aligned with the N4H Theory of Change.To support this process, UNDP seeks to engage a National Health Expert Consultant to provide technical expertise on public health, epidemiology, disease surveillance, zoonotic diseases and One Health governance.
