Dedicated, specialist domestic abuse support, delivered in-house, is commissioned separately by Public Health.

Key Requirements Include: Core UC Services: Cloud/IP telephony, voice call packages, DDI management, and cross-device collaboration (voice, video, messaging on mobile, laptop, and tablet) utilizing existing WAN. Integrations: Full integration with Microsoft 365 tenancy and Civica Cx (SaaS CRM). Contact Centre Functionality: Omnichannel features including Automated Call Distribution (ACD), Intelligent Contact Routing (ICR/IVR) with speech recognition, administrative reporting tools, and call recording/quality management solutions. Hardware & Support: Supply of supporting hardware, transformation/migration support, and ongoing maintenance. Contract Duration: 3 years initially, with options to extend by up to 3 further periods of 2 years each (2+2+2), up to a maximum total duration of 9 years. Estimated Contract Start Date: 28th September 2026. Terms: Contract will be awarded under Hafod Standard Terms and Conditions for Services (Schedule 6). Bidders may submit proposed amendments for consideration.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intended approach notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act do not apply to this award. In accordance with Regulation 10 of The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023, Hull City Council is looking to award a contract under the Most Suitable Provider process as the Council is able to identify the most suitable provider without running a competitive exercise, for the provision of support for those diagnosed with life-limiting conditions. The Contracting Authority intends to award a single contract to the most suitable provider. This notice will be published for at least 14 days in line with best practice under the Provider Selection Regime 2023, allowing time for any enquiries to be considered.

Cardiff and Vale University Health Board have a requirement for a contractor to carryout a full risk assessment to BS EN 62305-2:2013 across numerous sites within the Health Board's Estate. The Contractor shall be responsible for producing a detailed risk assessment for all buildings, and detailed drawings of any existing lightning protection systems for each property as part of the assessment. Where applicable the contractor shall visually inspect any property with an existing lightning protection system. Colour Photographs of each existing system shall be taken and submitted with the inspection report showing down conductors, earth test points, pits and air terminations.

WUV – Communications and Engagement Consultant

As the project progresses from planning and enabling works into long-term delivery, the Authority requires a structured and professional approach to communications and stakeholder engagement to support the successful implementation of the programme. This includes maintaining effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, managing expectations, and ensuring that accurate and timely information is shared throughout all phases of delivery. The Authority is therefore seeking to appoint a Communications and Engagement Consultant to support the development and delivery of a comprehensive and coordinated approach to stakeholder engagement and programme communications. The requirement encompasses both strategic and operational support across the lifecycle of the project. The appointed consultant will be expected to build upon the engagement activity undertaken to date, which has involved a diverse range of stakeholders including local residents, businesses, community groups, infrastructure providers and public sector organisations. The consultant will be required to support ongoing engagement with these groups, ensuring communication is inclusive, accessible and responsive to stakeholder needs.

NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership (NWSSP), on behalf of Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board, invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the refurbishment of Wards 19 and 20 at Princess of Wales Hospital, Bridgend. The works comprise the refurbishment and upgrade of existing ward accommodation, including replacement of suspended ceilings, vinyl safety flooring, hygienic wall cladding, doors, IPS systems and sanitary facilities, together with associated drainage and water services modifications, fire safety improvements, decorations, fixtures and fittings and all necessary enabling, testing, commissioning, certification and making good works. The works will be undertaken within a live hospital environment and will require careful planning, phasing and stakeholder liaison to minimise disruption to patients, staff and clinical services whilst maintaining safe access and operational continuity throughout the contract period. The contract is proposed to be delivered under the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC) Option A – Priced Contract with Activity Schedule. The estimated contract value is approximately £450,000 excluding VAT. Tenderers will be required to demonstrate relevant experience of delivering refurbishment works within occupied healthcare environments and compliance with all applicable health and safety, infection prevention and control, statutory and healthcare requirements.
