However, these plans require enhancement to incorporate climate risk considerations and adaptive strategies. This consultancy under the Tonga Coastal Resilience Project (TCRP, 2024–2031) aims to strengthen and update the CDPs by integrating climate risk data into practical, visual, and participatory planning tools.
