The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to award a firm fixed price contract for Pressure Sensor Barometers for the National Data Buoy Center at Stennis Space Center, MS. The Government intends to make an award to the responsive responsible quoter providing the best value in accordance with FAR 12.203(c)(2). DFC works with the U.S. private sector to help gain footholds in emerging markets, catalyzing revenues, jobs, and growth opportunities at home and abroad. DFC achieves its mission by providing investors with financing, loan guarantees, political risk insurance, support for private equity investment funds, and direct equity investments. DFC’s Office of Health and Agribusiness (OHA) requires a technical / engineering consultant that is a subject matter expert in potash mining projects to conduct due diligence on a greenfield potash mining project in Argentina that uses horizonal selective solution mining. A preliminary feasibility study (PFS), 3D Seismic results, and pilot plant design will be provided. Purpose The Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort Jackson is conducting market research to identify providing resilience, therapeutic, trauma‑response, and wellness support services within a 40‑mile radius of Fort Jackson, SC . The information received will assist the Government in shaping future requirements, refining the acquisition strategy, and validating the availability and capability of local service providers. Industry Day Announcement Department of War (DoW), Strategic Capabilities Office (SCO) Project Basic Information Awareness Operations (BIAO) The Strategic Capabilities Office (SCO) will hold an Unclassified Industry Day on Wednesday, June 24th in Oxford, Mississippi for Project BIAO. BIAO will create an enterprise technology stack to detect and counter adversary cognitive domain operations, mis/dis/mal information, and coordinated information operations (IO). DoW seeks industry partners with capabilities in the following areas: IO Detection: to include deepfake / generated data detection, social media monitoring tools, and coordinated inauthentic behavior detection and characterization; Information Generation: to include tools tailored to develop robust content for accurate information messaging across media platforms; Modeling and Simulation of the Information Environment: to include population models, quantitative measures of effectiveness, and model validation and verification approaches; Digital and physical measures of effectiveness for information operations; Integration of toolsets of this type into a single technology stack and user interface; and, Evaluation of toolsets of this type for benchmarking, comparing, and relevance to the latest technology advancements. The intent of this Industry Day is to provide further information on program specifics and how to engage with SCO moving forward.
