Предметът на поръчката е услуга включваща почистване на сервитутната зона (сервитута), засягаща поземлени имоти в горски и извън горски (урбанизирани, земеделски, защитени, нарушени територии за възстановяване) територии на електропровод (Въздушна Линия (ВЛ)) 110 kV Кричим 1 - Кричим 2, част от преносната мрежа на Р България ВЛ 110 kV Кричим 1 - Кричим 2 е въведена в експлоатация през 1972 г. г., представлява връзката между п/ст ВЕЦ Въча 1 и п/ст ВЕЦ Кричим и се обслужва от Управление МЕР Пловдив, отдел Пловдив. ВЛ 110 kV Кричим 1 - Кричим 2 е с номинално напрежение 110 kV, с една тройка на стълбовната линия и с разположение на фазовите проводници - тип бъчва. Трасето на ВЛ 110 kV Кричим 1 - Кричим 2 предвидено за почистване преминава през различни категории територии, в т.ч. планински или пресечен терен, до част от които липсват пътища, и достъпът с механизация е затруднен. Почистването на сервитута е дейност, която включва: - отстраняване на дърво, храсти и клони в сервитута, върху поземлени имоти в горски територии, представляващи просека; - отстраняване и подкастряне на единични дървета, храсти и клони в сервитута върху поземлени имоти извън горски територии; - изнасяне на отсечената дървена маса в лявата и/или дясна граница на сервитута, така че ивицата между крайните проводници да бъде освободена; - сеч и извоз на дървесина до временен склад (дърводобив). Почистването на сервитута (просеката) се налага във връзка с изискванията на чл. 765 от НТЕЕЦМ и Наредба № 16 от 2004 г. за сервитутите на енергийните обекти, чрез премахване на дървото, храсти и издънки и изнасяне на отсеченото дърво, клони, храсти, издънки, вършина, отпад, сухата дървесна маса и неизползваема дървесина извън просеката, съгласно изискванията на ЗГ и другите подзаконови нормативни документи.

Ausgeschrieben werden facilitäre Leistungen des technischen Gebäudemanagements (TGM) für von der BIM GmbH zentral verwaltete Liegenschaften des Segments Polizei in zwei Losen. In dem Portfolio wurden 34 Wirtschaftseinheiten der Berliner Polizei Direktion 3 und Direktion 5 zusammengefasst. Für die Liegenschaften sind durch den Auftragnehmer bestimmte Bewirtschaftungsleistungen zur ganzheitlichen übergreifenden und technischen Betriebsführung zu erbringen. Diese unterteilen sich grundsätzlich in die Betriebsführung im Facility Management (u.a. Objektmanagement, Dokumentation und Berichtswesen, IT-gestützte Serviceleistungen, Mangelanspruchsmanagement/Gewährleistungsverfolgung) sowie die Leistungen des technischen Gebäudemanagements (u.a. Betriebsführung/Objektbetrieb, Instandsetzung, Baumschau, Energiemanagement und operative Leistungen). Bei dem Bewirtschaftungsgegenstand handelt es sich um 34 Wirtschaftseinheiten mit insgesamt ca. 342.000 m² BGF (gerundet, ohne Optionsobjekte), die in zwei Losen nach Direktionen unterteilt wurden. Dabei handelt es sich sowohl hinsichtlich der Nutzungsarten und -intensitäten als auch der Größe, Lage, Zugänglichkeit und insbesondere der Ausstattung um ein sehr heterogenes und zur Bewirtschaftung anspruchsvolles Immobilienportfolio. Innerhalb der Liegenschaften befinden sich teilweise mehrere Einzelgebäude und Gebäudekomplexe in unterschiedlichem baulichem und technischem Zustand. Die Liegenschaften zeichnen sich bei der laufenden Bewirtschaftung insbesondere durch die unterschiedlichen baulichen sowie technischen Gegebenheiten und Zustände der jeweiligen Einzelgebäude bzw. Gebäudekomplexe aus. Folgende Losstruktur ist für die Vergabe der gegenständlichen Leistungen vorgesehen: • Los 1 – Direktion 3: 16 Liegenschaften, ca. 159.000 m² BGF (ohne Optionen) • Los 2 – Direktion 5: 18 Liegenschaften, ca. 183.000 m² BGF (ohne Optionen) Zudem besteht für den Auftraggeber die Option, für beide Lose jeweils bis zu zwei weitere Optionsobjekte im

Das Reha-Gebäude wird gemäß § 2 HBauO in die Gebäudeklasse 5 eingestuft. Im 1. Obergeschoss der Aufstockung wird eine teilstationäre Tagesklinik untergebracht, die als Ersatzfläche für die Baufeldfreimachung des Ersatzneubaus I-Haus dient. Die Station beinhaltet überwiegend Untersuchungsräume für diagnostische Zwecke sowie Liegeräume, in denen Patienten Infusionen erhalten. Dienende Räume wie Stützpunkt, Arbeits- und Lagerräume, Sanitärräume und Verteilküche ergänzen das Raumangebot. Die dreigeschossige Aufstockung wird in Stahlbetonbauweise errichtet, bestehend aus tragenden Außenwänden sowie tragenden Wänden und Stützen im Gebäudeinnern. Die Decken werden aus Fertigteilelementen in Verbundbauweise als Spannbeton-Hohlplattendecken mit deckengleichen Verbundträgern geplant. Die Außenwände erhalten ein WDVS-System mit Riemchenverkleidung. Die Aufstockung erhält ein extensiv begrüntes Flachdach mit Photovoltaikmodulen. Die Baumaßnahme soll unter Aufrechterhaltung des laufenden Krankenhausbetriebes erfolgen. Die Zufahrt zur Baustelle erfolgt über die Lisztstraße; sämtliche Zuwege zu Ein- und Ausgängen sowie Feuerwehr- und Rettungswagenzufahrten sind in jedem Fall freizuhalten. Die Abriss- und Anschlussarbeiten müssen mit Rücksicht darauf durchgeführt werden.
