L’Unité de Gestion du FSRP sollicite des offres fermées de la part de soumissionnaires éligibles et répondant aux qualifications requises pour la prestation de services logistiques pour l’organisation des sessions de supervision en ligne des enquêtes familiales dans le cadre du RGA-3 . L’atelier aura lieu à Antsirabe du 05 août au 28 septembre 2026 . La procédure sera conduite par mise en concurrence nationale en recourant à une Demande de Cotation Ouverte telle que définie dans le « Règlement applicable aux Emprunteurs – Passation des Marchés dans le cadre de Financement de Projets d’Investissement », édition de septembre 2025 de la Banque Mondiale, et ouverte à tous les soumissionnaires de pays éligibles tels que définis dans le Règlement de passation des marchés.
