Zájmové území stavby odpočívky Jaroměř se nachází v prostoru dálnice D11, cca 1 km západně od zástavby města Jaroměř. Obě strany odpočívky jsou navrženy pro střední odpočívku s čerpací stanicí pohonných hmot. Základním účelem odpočívky je zajištění parkovacích stání jednotlivých druhů vozidel v době odpočinku jejich osádek.

Das AKK plant auf dem Gelände Bleickenallee 38 in Hamburg Altona Umbaumaßnahmen im Gebäude "Reha Aufstockung" um drei weitere Geschosse. Das Bestandsgebäude ist teilunterkellert, im Untergeschoss befinden sich Technikräume und Umkleiden, das Erdgeschoss wird weiterhin als Rehabilitationseinrichtung genutzt. Das Reha-Gebäude wird gemäß § 2 HBauO in die Gebäudeklasse 5 eingestuft. Im 1. Obergeschoss der Aufstockung wird eine teilstationäre Tagesklinik untergebracht, die als Ersatzfläche für die Baufeldfreimachung des Ersatzneubaus I-Haus dient. Die Station beinhaltet überwiegend Untersuchungsräume für diagnostische Zwecke sowie Liegeräume, in denen Patienten Infusionen erhalten. Dienende Räume wie Stützpunkt, Arbeits- und Lagerräume, Sanitärräume und Verteilküche ergänzen das Raumangebot. Die dreigeschossige Aufstockung wird in Stahlbetonbauweise errichtet, bestehend aus tragenden Außenwänden sowie tragenden Wänden und Stützen im Gebäudeinnern. Die Decken werden aus Fertigteilelementen in Verbundbauweise als Spannbeton-Hohlplattendecken mit deckengleichen Verbundträgern geplant. Die Außenwände erhalten ein WDVS-System mit Riemchenverkleidung. Die Aufstockung erhält ein extensiv begrüntes Flachdach mit Photovoltaikmodulen. Die Baumaßnahme soll unter Aufrechterhaltung des laufenden Krankenhausbetriebes erfolgen. Die Zufahrt zur Baustelle erfolgt über die Lisztstraße; sämtliche Zuwege zu Ein- und Ausgängen sowie Feuerwehr- und Rettungswagenzufahrten sind in jedem Fall freizuhalten. Die Abriss- und Anschlussarbeiten müssen mit Rücksicht darauf durchgeführt werden.
