Integrated systems shall be offered for e-commerce systems, with an option for an EHF catalogue or punch-out in OCI and cXML format for the customers procurement system. As a minimum the tenderer shall offer electronic invoices in EHF format. The members shall be able to order products and services as needed, and from the tenderer ́s total assortment. 1.Przedmiotem zamówienia jest rozbudowa infrastruktury I Liceum Ogólnokształcącego w Suwałkach, w zakresie opisanym w „Opisie przedmiotu zamówienia” – załącznik nr 10 do SWZ. 2.Szczegółowy zakres robót określa „opis przedmiotu zamówienia”, załączona dokumentacja techniczna, przedmiary robót, szczegółowe specyfikacje techniczne wykonania i odbioru robót. 3.Wszystkie roboty należy prowadzić zgodnie z dokumentacją techniczną oraz obowiązującymi warunkami technicznymi i przepisami. 4.Zgodnie z art. 101 ust. 4 ustawy, w miejscu gdzie przedmiot zamówienia opisany jest za pomocą norm, ocen technicznych, specyfikacji technicznych i systemów referencji technicznych, Zamawiający dopuszcza rozwiązania równoważne opisywanym. Ponadto należy przyjąć, że wszystkim takim odniesieniom towarzyszą wyrazy "lub równoważne". Wskazanie równoważności oferowanego rozwiązania zgodnie z art. 101 ust. 5 ustawy i na zasadach tam określonych spoczywa na Wykonawcy, w takim przypadku Wykonawca obowiązany jest udowodnić, poprzez dołączenie do oferty stosownych przedmiotowych środków dowodowych, o których mowa w art. 104-107 ustawy Pzp, że proponowane rozwiązania w równoważnym stopniu spełniają wymagania określone w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia. 5.W przypadku, gdy w dokumentacji projektowej lub specyfikacji technicznej wykonania i odbioru robót zostały użyte znaki towarowe, oznacza to, że są podane przykładowo i określają jedynie minimalne oczekiwane parametry jakościowe oraz wymagany standard. Wykonawca może zastosować materiały lub urządzenia równoważne, lecz o parametrach technicznych i jakościowych podobnych lub lepszych, których zastosowanie w żaden sposób nie wpłynie negatywnie na prawidłowe funkcjonowanie rozwiązań przyjętych w dokumentacji projektowej. Wykonawca, który zastosuje urządzenia lub materiały równoważne będzie obowiązany wykazać w trakcie realizacji zamówienia, że zastosowane przez niego materiały i urządzenia spełniają wymagania określone przez Zamawiającego. 6.Użycie w dokumenta

Ak sú v súťažných podkladoch, v prílohách súťažných podkladov alebo v inej dokumentácii poskytnutej obstarávateľom uvedené konkrétne výrobky alebo konkrétny výrobca alebo konkrétne technické parametre, atď. podľa ustanovenia § 42 ods. 3 zákona o verejnom obstarávaní, sú uvedené len ako referenčné a uchádzač môže ponúknuť popísané výrobky/zariadenia/technické parametre alebo ekvivalentné výrobky/zariadenia/technické parametre.
