Aviso de Licitación Pública 021/2026 Tegucigalpa, Honduras 21 de mayo de 2026 El Banco Centroamericano de Integración Económica (BCIE) le invita a participar en la Licitación Pública 021/2026 denominada “Contratación de Servicios para Desarrollo de Integraciones entre Aplicativos”. PROPÓSITO DE LA CONTRATACIÓN El BCIE requiere contratara una empresa, en adelante denominada “el Contratista”, para proveer servicios especializados orientados al diseño, desarrollo e implementación de componentes de software que habiliten la integración eficiente, segura y desacoplada entre las distintas soluciones del ecosistema tecnológico institucional, tomando en cuenta la diversidad de soluciones aplicativas existentes y el proceso continuo de modernización tecnológica del BCIE, incluyendo la implementación de arquitecturas basadas en microservicios y principios API-first para implementar las integraciones requeridas entre los aplicativos solventando las necesidades de negocio. El servicio comprenderá la construcción, mantenimiento y evolución de servicios de integración mediante tecnologías como APIs RESTful, GraphQL y SOAP, gestionadas a través de plataformas de API Management, así como el uso de herramientas complementarias como Azure Data Factory y soluciones de transferencia segura de archivos (MFT). Este enfoque busca sustituir progresivamente mecanismos tradicionales altamente acoplados, promoviendo estándares modernos de interoperabilidad, gobierno y escalabilidad. Asimismo, considerando que algunos componentes de integración pueden requerir ajustes funcionales, visuales o de código en las aplicaciones involucradas, el Contratista deberá contar con la capacidad de atender dichas necesidades, incluyendo el desarrollo o modificación de componentes en backend y frontend, bajo estándares tecnológicos definidos por el BCIE, particularmente en el uso de .NET 8 y prácticas de desarrollo seguro, integración continua y despliegue automatizado, contribuyendo de manera integral a la ev
