Should this requirement proceed to tender, LEX is considering splitting the contract into 2 LOTs of: - LOT 1: End to end HR information system - LOT 2: Time and Attendance system Should the contract be tendered by LEX, suppliers would be invited to apply for one or both LOTs. The system(s) would need to be provided by either one single supplier; or hold interoperability with the appointed supplier of the other LOT. LEX wishes to partner with a supplier and will potentially offer a contract of up to 10 years consisting of an initial 4-year contract with 2 extension options of 3 years per extension option. The estimated value of the contract consists of initial set-up costings over the first 1 to 2 years with ongoing maintenance costs for the duration of the maximum 10 years. Potential suppliers are invited to a virtual one-to-one meeting to discuss your system and offering for one or both of the potential LOTs. These one-to-one meetings are to be pre-booked and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Meetings will last for 1 hour and are available between 9am and 4pm on Wednesday 1st July 2026 and between 9am and 4pm on Friday 3rd July 2026. Potential suppliers are requested to e-mail procurement@lexliverpool.com with preferred date(s)/time(s) to reserve a time slot. Your time slot will only be confirmed by return of e-mail. The deadline to request a time slot is 12pm on Monday 29th June 2026. LEX may utilise the feedback in the development of a Specification which will form part of any future tender exercise. It is not a mandatory requirement to participate in this engagement exercise. However, it is hugely helpful to LEX if suppliers can participate in order to assist LEX in the shaping of any planned tender process.

Atlas & Immigration Caseworking is the Home Office’s business-critical system used by caseworkers to manage the processing of visa and asylum applications. It also provides operational functionality for Border Force and Immigration Enforcement. The system has a requirement to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week availability, with updates and enhancements continually delivered to enhance functionality and capabilities. It underpins a range of critical national priorities and a significant amount of continuous improvement work driving strategic outcome delivery from the Caseworking Capability. The objective is a re-procurement to replace the following two incumbent contracts: • Atlas Caseworking Asylum • Atlas Caseworking Non-Asylum This new procurement is intended to replace the withdrawn procurement for Atlas Caseworking (Asylum & Non-Asylum) whose market engagement was conducted in March 2025 as itt_81818 under the GCA Technology Services 3 framework. Both those contracted services cover and provide Development and Level 3 Support to the Atlas Caseworking platform, a containerised Open-source Java microservice application deployed into AWS, which orchestrates workflow following Business Process Management processes, triggered by events, using agile release trains which group microservices for release. This procurement is expected to be conducted through a GCA framework. In addition to re-procuring these services, the objective of Atlas & Immigration Caseworking is to evolve and enhance the overall immigration caseworking operating model, with a greater emphasis on supplier accountability, collaboration, and strategic partnership. WESTCharge - Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure

The West of England Combined Authority (the“Authority”) has obtained Local Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (“LEVI”) grant funding from the Department for Transport Office for Zero Emission Vehicles (“OZEV”) which supports local authorities in England to plan and deliver charging infrastructure for residents without off-street parking. The LEVI fund has two main objectives: (1) to deliver a step-change in the deployment of local, primarily low power, on-street charging infrastructure across England; and (2) accelerate the commercialisation of, and investment in, the local charging infrastructure sector. As such, the Authority is seeking to procure the Services on behalf of the unitary authorities North Somerset Council (“NSC”) and Bath and North East Somerset Council (“B&NES”) (the “UAs”) across the UAs’ geographic areas . The Services will include (but are not limited to) provision of hardware equipment and installation, software, and associated services, to support the implementation of a regional network providing equity of provision, mainly to residents, while also supporting business and visitors (as further detailed in the Specification). The Authority is seeking proposals from suppliers for the supply, delivery, connection, commissioning, operating and maintenance of EV Charging Infrastructure , as further described in the Specification . The Concessionaire is required to be able to provide end-to-end services including, but not limited to, design, planning, pre-installation and civil engineering works, the provision of hardware, software, energy supply, customer payments and interfaces and all associated maintenance activity, improving assets with technology and regulatory advancements. Warwickshire County Council's (WCCs) operates through a network of 18 statutory libraries which are directly managed by the County Council. The process aims to onboard a number of providers to create an approved framework supplier list. It is hope that this will enable greater choice, versatility and competition. This Framework is not divided into lots. A minimum of 3 suppliers and maximum of 5 suppliers will be added to the framework. To tender for future opportunities, Framework Suppliers will be invited to participate in further-competition processes. The council intends to run further competition processes in which to select a supplier to deliver each Library project via the framework, however where the council (at its sole discretion) considers the use of a specific supplier from the framework is beneficial for consistency/continuity purposes (e.g additional goods from the same supplier that completed the original work) then the council reserves the right to procure via direct award to that supplier directly without competition.
