AVIS D’APPEL PUBLIC A MANIFESTATION D’INTERET Recrutement d’une firme pour le contrôle et la surveillance des travaux de construction de 49 Infrastructures communautaires de base (Ecoles, Centres de Santé et Salles Polyvalentes) dans les Provinces du Kwango et Kwilu dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre du Projet STAR RDC. 1. Le Gouvernement de la République du Démocratique du Congo a sollicité et obtenu un crédit de l’Association Internationale de Développement (IDA) d’un montant équivalent à US$ 250 millions de dollars en vue de financer le coût du du Projet de Stabilisation et de Relèvement de l'Est de la RDC (« le projet » ou « STAR-Est » et se propose d’utiliser une partie les fonds de ce crédit pour financer les services suivants : soutenir la stabilisation et le relèvement par (i) la fourniture d'infrastructures socio-économiques communautaires de base à petite échelle ; (ii) la réinsertion socio-économique des personnes associées aux groupes armés dans leurs communautés dans les zones ciblées des provinces de Ituri, du Nord-Kivu, du Sud-Kivu, Kwilu, Kwango et Mai-Ndombe et (iii) le renforcement des administrations provinciales. 2.
