Landsvirkjun would like to invite you to take part in our Preliminary Market Consultation for steam control valves that will be located in the T/G Unit valve room and form the HP separator pressure control and bypass arrangement, as indicated on P&ID drawing THT-P-LBK-T0-0515. Their primary function is to reduce the pressure of high-pressure steam that is not routed through the T/G Unit, from 27 bara to 9.3 bara, before the steam enters the existing medium-pressure system. The HP steam separator is designed for a maximum steam flow of 176 kg/s, which represents the maximum steam flow expected to be handled through the steam control valves. The T/G Unit is designed for flexible operation and variable load conditions, where the steam flow through the turbine may change depending on available steam, operating mode, start-up, shutdown, load changes and maintenance requirements. The steam control valves shall therefore be suitable for operation across a wide flow range and shall be capable of supporting stable pressure reduction from the HP steam system to the MP steam system during both partial bypass and full bypass operation. Special attention shall be given to the risk of H₂S-induced embrittlement and sulphide stress cracking, as well as the potential for SiO₂ scaling in high-temperature geothermal service. Vendors shall seek to minimize wear of valve components and noise emissions and shall avoid the use of plates or other components liable to clogging due to scaling.

Le S.E.E.D.R est compétent en matière de tri, traitement et valorisation des déchets ménagers (emballages, journaux, verre, déchets verts, déchets ménagers spéciaux, …). Il regroupe actuellement 4 Communautés de Communes et une Communauté d'Agglomération, ce qui représente, au 1er janvier 2026, une population totale de 150 716 habitants. Dans le cadre de cette compétence, il doit accompagner les collectivités qui ont mis en place des déchèteries ou des collectes spécifiques pour assurer le tri et la valorisation de ces déchets. Actuellement, dix déchèteries sont implantées sur le territoire du S.E.E.D.R. et gérées par les collectivités (haut et bas de quais). La collecte est assurée soit par la collectivité, soit par un prestataire de son choix. Les prestations, objet du présent marché, concernent les déchets de chaque collectivité sur le territoire du S.E.E.D.R

Procurement description As part of the Finnish RescEU project, the National Emergency Supply Agency (hereinafter "NESA") is preparing in cooperation with Radiation and Nuclear Safety Authority (hereinafter "STUK") the procurement of remotely operated ground and aerial platforms equipped with ionizing radiation measurement devices. The equipment will be part of Finnish rescEU stockpile that is part of EU Civil Protection mechanism (UCPM). Countries that are part of the mechanism (“UCPM countries”) include all EU countries and participating countries that are Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iceland, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, Serbia, Türkiye, Moldova and Ukraine. After emergency these countries can ask for assistance from the mechanism. In case of emergency, the stockpile would be activated and the devices would be sent to emergency area. The most probable end users would be first responders, security sector authorities (police, CBRN teams, defence forces) or rescue service personnel. According to preliminary estimates following quantities will be procured during 2026: - 20 - 30 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and RN sensor(s) (LOT A) - 4 - 8 tracked and/or wheeled UGVs and RN sensor(s) (LOT B) - 4 - 8 Quadruped UGVs and RN sensors (LOT C) Planned procurement schedule: 1. The procurement is for maintenance of playground equipment in all of Bærum ́s municipal nursery schools, approx. 60 and 18 children's parks. The contracting authority would also like to be able to use the contract for other places with playground equipment than the above, either by new ones being permanently included in the contract during the contract period or by individual assignments as needed. This procurement does not include the annual inspections of the playground equipment. The municipality has separate framework agreements for equipment inspections. Tenderers who check or inspect playground equipment for the contracting authority cannot be awarded a contract for maintenance of the same playground equipment during the contract period. The equivalent applies if the tenderer uses sub-suppliers who carry out inspection services for the Contracting Authority on the same playgrounds. Based on consumption in recent years, the estimated combined annual call-offs are approx. NOK 2 million excluding VAT. The annual amount will depend on financial framework terms, political decisions and the market situation in general. The maximum total amount for the framework agreement is NOK 10 million excluding VAT. The contracting authority can give compensation free of charge for the contract when the maximum call-offs have been reached. The contract period is 4 (four) years from signing of the contract, unless referred to by the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority has the right to terminate the agreement with 6 (six) months written notice.
