The Government of Pakistan has received credit from the International Development Association towards the cost of Integrated Flood Resilience and Adaptation Project (IFRAP) and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for Works of following schemes: Sr. No Name of Sub Project Package/Lot for Bidding Restoration of Thrara, Gagoo , Shurli & Faizo-Flood Protection Bund (FPB) Package- 2 (Lot-1) Package-2 (Lot-1) 2. The Project Director, IFRAP (Component-I) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Construction Works of above-mentioned schemes. 3. The Procurement will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) method as specified in the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers”, dated November 2020, the bidding is open to all bidders from eligible source countries as defined in the Procurement Regulations. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.6 and 1.7 setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest. 4. The completion time for works is 540 days.
