NHS South East London Integrated Care Board (hereafter referred to as "the Authority") invites completed Invitation to Tender (ITT) submissions from all suitable providers for the delivery of Community Wheelchair Service for residents of Bexley, Bromley and Greenwich. The service will provide a clinically safe, responsive and person-centred wheelchair service for eligible adults and children, supporting independence, mobility, posture and participation in daily life. The service is expected to include assessment, clinical review, prescription, provision, delivery, fitting, adjustment, repair, maintenance, collection and replacement of wheelchairs and associated equipment, together with onward referral or signposting where appropriate. The ICB is seeking a provider model that delivers equitable access across the three boroughs, improves service user and carer experience, and reduces unwarranted variation in waiting times, communication and outcomes. The future service is intended to respond to feedback from service users, carers and stakeholders, including the importance of timely assessments, prompt equipment provision, effective repairs and maintenance, clear communication, and continuity of support. The contract is expected to support closer integration with wider community, health, education and social care pathways, including services supporting children and young people, people with long-term conditions, and those with complex postural and mobility needs. The contract is also expected to promote value for money, service sustainability and continuous improvement, while addressing health inequalities and ensuring reasonable adjustments for those who need them. Contract duration: The contract will run for an initial term of five years from 1 April 2027 to 1 April 2032, with an optional extension period of a further two years to 1 April 2034, at the sole discretion of the Authority. The requirement is expected to include the delivery of a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution, incorporating web hosting, database maintenance, data management, service desk provision, and ongoing support and maintenance. The system is business-critical and supports the management and validation of plant usage data across the network, underpinning safety assurance, compliance with standards, and supply chain performance management. Network Rail is also seeking to understand market capability to deliver ongoing system enhancements and development activities on a call-off basis, enabling the solution to evolve in line with stakeholder requirements and organisational priorities. As part of this preliminary market engagement, suppliers will be invited to respond to an Expression of Interest (EOI) document to provide information on capability, experience and potential delivery approaches. Camden currently uses Hoxhunt as part of its cyber security and organisational resilience programme to improve staff awareness, reduce susceptibility to phishing attacks, and support compliance with cyber security best practice and regulatory obligations. The current contract expires on 16th July 2026 and the supplier will provide continuity of service, ongoing user licensing, platform support, reporting capability, and access to the latest platform functionality and threat simulation content.

The Cost Assurance Partner (CAP) will provide specialist cost management and commercial assurance for the remobilised UKHSA Health Security Campus programme. The programme is being delivered through the Pillar 2 Construction Professional Services framework, which includes seven work packages (2A2G). This requirement relates specifically to Work Package 2B, covering cost assurance, cost control, and commercial oversight. As part of Work Package 2B, the CAP will lead cost assurance activities across the programme, including validation of contractor cost submissions, reviewing change requests, monitoring budgets, and ensuring alignment with UKHSA and government cost standards. The CAP will support the development of cost forecasts, review the cost baseline, advise on cost risks, and ensure that financial controls remain robust throughout delivery. They will also provide independent assurance on compensation events, NEC contract cost requirements, benchmarking, and value?for?money assessments. The CAP will support monthly reporting, commercial governance, and provide transparent cost advice to support decision?making. Overall, the Cost Assurance Partner will help UKHSA maintain strong financial oversight, accurate forecasting, and commercial assurance across the full lifecycle of the Health Security Campus as it progresses through remobilisation and full delivery.

The Authority wishes to award a contract for an assessment of Green Belts in York and North Yorkshire ("the Contract"). North Yorkshire Council (NYC), City of York Council (CYC) and the York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority (YNYCA) are working jointly on an assessment of Green Belts within their respective areas. The assessment will provide evidence to support decision taking on planning applications and, if necessary, be used alongside further work to inform the preparation of Local Plans being produced by each council. At the appropriate point, the review will also feed into the production of a Spatial Development Strategy for the area, which is to be produced by the York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority.

Cadent Gas requires legal support services for debt and damage recovery covering two independent internal workstreams. Although these are two separate internal workstreams, the intention is to award the entirety of the service requirements to a single supplier to deliver both elements. Workstream 1 - Legal Support Services The portfolio of claims to be managed under this contract includes, but is not limited to: - Recovery of contractual sums - including claims related to Connection works, alterations, diversion works, and other operational services. - Theft of Gas Claims - pursued under the Gas Act 1986 and associated license obligations. - Recovery of Sums for Plant Protection Works. - Other miscellaneous invoices covering a range of services. - Recovery from Former Employees - where permitted under employment contract terms. This process uses SAP, which will be facilitated by the Cadent lead rather than access to the system. Additionally, there is a separate system for costings called Apperio which Cadent will facilitate access as required. Cadent would require the supplier support in defending claims brought by third parties, including small claims requiring urgent response and general litigation support (pre action engagement, pleadings, hearings, negotiation). The supplier must demonstrate strong litigation and recovery experience and provide full lifecycle management including merits assessment, litigation strategy, advocacy, ADR, enforcement, and management of both defended and undefended matters. They must maintain a robust case-management system, build strong working relationships, provide strategic advice, and deliver transparent invoices.The supplier must also offer informed, case specific advice to Cadent on how far each claim should be pursued, based on an evidence based assessment of the likelihood of recovery. The Framework is being established as an Open Framework in accordance with section 49 of the Procurement Act 2023. The Open Framework scheme will operate for a maximum period of eight (8) years. The initial Framework is expected to be awarded for a period of three (3) years, with an estimated value of approximately £36,000,000 excluding VAT. The Authority may re‑open the Open Framework and award one or more successive Frameworks on substantially the same terms during the Open Framework period, in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023 and the tender documentation. The aggregate estimated total value of contracts awarded across the full eight‑year Open Framework period is approximately £150,100,000 excluding VAT.
