Invitation to Bid for CONSTRUCTION / IMPROVEMENT OF MULTIPURPOSE COVERED COURT WITH SEAWALL AT BARANGAY STO TOMAS, TINGLOY, BATANGAS 1)The Municipality of Tingloy, through the MUNICIPAL FUND intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION PESOS (PHP1,000,000.00) from the Supplemental Budget No. 8, FY2026 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION / IMPROVEMENT OF MULTIPURPOSE COVERED COURT WITH SEAWALL AT BARANGAY STO TOMAS, TINGLOY, BATANGAS Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Municipality of Tingloy now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION / IMPROVEMENT OF MULTIPURPOSE COVERED COURT WITH SEAWALL AT BARANGAY STO TOMAS, TINGLOY, BATANGAS.4 Completion of the Works is required 120 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 120 days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
