Description of the Assignment: Despite the landmark passage of the Indigenous Peoples’ Rights Act (IPRA), many Indigenous CulturalCommunities/Indigenous Peoples (ICCs/IPs) continue to experience poverty, marginalization, and limited accessto basic services and decision-making spaces. Women and girls remain disproportionately excluded due toentrenched sociocultural and institutional barriers that limit their leadership, control over and resources, andaccess to finance, training, digital tools, and economic opportunities. I-LEAD seeks to address these challengesby ‘affirming and strengthening the rights and leadership capacities of at least 1,600 indigenous women andgirls across four ancestral domains of Regions XI and XII in Mindanao by 2030, through improved access toinformation, decision-making spaces, economic opportunities, and leadership roles within their ancestraldomains’.I-LEADs Theory of Change posits that ‘if indigenous women and girls are equipped with the capacities, skills,and platforms to understand, assert, and exercise their rights, and if ancestral domain governance structures,national and local duty-bearers, and development partners adopt gender-responsive—inclusive-- and rights-basedservice delivery models, then indigenous women and girls will be positioned to meaningfully participatein governance and decision-making, access improved services, and engage in economic activities aligned withtheir cultural values and environmental realities’.With support from the Government of New Zealand and in partnership with the National Commission onIndigenous Peoples (NCIP), the Project will be implemented through three interlinked components:1. The facility supports agribusiness SMEs to improve access to affordable finance by strengthening their institutional and operational capacity, including adoption of digital solutions and sound financial management systems. As part of this initiative, UNCDF seeks to support selected SMEs through the provision and implementation of accounting software solutions aimed at improving record keeping, financial reporting, and business management practices. Scope The scope of the assignment includes the supply, installation, customization, and maintenance of accounting software for 25 agribusiness SMEs located across different regions of Uganda. The selected vendor will configure the software to meet the operational and reporting needs of the SMEs, support data migration, provide user training, and deliver post-implementation technical support. Departementene har ved ulike arrangementer, hovedsakelig i Oslo, behov for tilrettelegging for presse i det offentlige byrom. Formålet med denne anskaffelsen er å dekke departementenes behov for leie av presseplattinger samt levering av tilhørende utstyr og tjenester. Med tilhørende utstyr menes teknisk utstyr, herunder løsninger for lys, bilde og lyd knyttet til pressetribuner. Med tilhørende tjenester menes prosjektledelse, rigging og teknisk bemanning ved planlegging og gjennomføring. Arrangementene kan omfatte ulike typer hendelser, eksempelvis et høynivå statsbesøk. Denne typen arrangementer kjennetegnes ved at dato og omfang ofte ikke er kjent lang tid i forveien. Aktivering av oppdrag kan derfor skje med kort varsel, og i enkelte tilfeller kan første leveranse være nødvendig å få gjennomført allerede få timer etter at oppdraget er bestilt. Arrangementene gjennomføres ofte under et høyt sikkerhetsnivå. Anskaffelsen har som mål å inngå en rammeavtale med én totalleverandør med kapasitet og kompetanse til å dekke det samlede behovet. Rammeavtalen har en varighet på 2 + 1 + 1 år. Rammeavtalen maksimale verdi er satt til 20 MNOK ekskl. mva. Avtalen er ikke eksklusiv. Oppdragsgiverne har en rett, men ingen plikt, til å tildele kontrakter på denne rammeavtalen. Oppdragsgiverne er ikke forpliktet til å kjøpe et bestemt volum i rammeavtaleperioden.
