The Provision of Reprographic Services

The Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) requires the provision of a secure managed reprographics and printing service for the production, copying, scanning and printing of court, evidential and other operational documentation. The service is critical to the delivery of police and criminal justice processes and will be required on a reactive basis to meet operational demand. The appointed supplier will be responsible for providing all equipment, consumables and associated resources necessary to deliver the service, including printing and copying equipment, paper, toner and other consumables. The service must be delivered from supplier-operated premises that meet the MPS's required security standards and are capable of handling sensitive and confidential information. Staff Personnel involved in the delivery of the service must hold, or be capable of obtaining, National Non-Police Personnel Vetting Level 2 (NPPV2) and Counter-Terrorist Check (CTC) prior to the start of the contract.

The programme expects to include a WorkWell Assistance Programme that, in combination with Neighbourhood Work and Health Coaches, supports early intervention. The Council and the Fitzwilliam Wentworth Estate are seeking to identify and appoint a strategic development partner in connection with the planning, servicing, delivery and/or facilitation of the phased development of land at Bassingthorpe Farm, Rotherham. The site has been allocated for development with a Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) guiding the process. In line with the allocation and SPD it is anticipated that the site will be brought forward for a residential-led mixed-use development including up to approximately 2,000 homes together with associated infrastructure, highways, utilities, drainage, public open space, community uses and related placemaking works. The procurement in intended to identify a strategic development partner capable of: - working collaboratively with the landowners to optimise viability, deliverability and value; - promoting and securing a comprehensive and deliverable planning strategy; - coordinating and/or delivering enabling and strategic infrastructure; - facilitating phased development delivery, including potential onward parcel disposals to housebuilders or other delivery structures; and - supporting long-term stewardship and delivery objectives. National Grid's objective is to select appropriate suppliers to create a Pole Planting Framework to supply services across the East and West Midlands, South West England and South Wales regions. The anticipated term of the framework will be a 5 year initial term with 3 1-year extension options if National Grid choose to exercise the right to extend. National Grid UK spend approximately £27,000,000 per annum on Pole Planting Services however please note, this is an indicative figure across all areas and there is no guarantee of volumes under this Framework. Provision of plant, machinery, and operatives for the excavation and standing of wood poles and/or associated stays. 2. Transportation of transformers, switchgear, poles, and associated materials to site, including support with their erection, dismantling, and the removal of redundant equipment as scrap. 3. Trenching, installation, repair, and testing of earthing systems; trenching and installation of service cables; and construction of joint bays at the base of overhead line poles operating on: - Low Voltage (up to 1000 V) - High Voltage (11,000 V) - Extra High Voltage (33,000 V / 66,000 V) networks The Works may include: - Activities undertaken on the Public Highway and where specified, excavation and reinstatement works.
