Bristol City Council wishes to test the level of market interest in providing a service which provides support for families in crisis or at risk of or affected by care proceedings/child removal. The aim of this service is to provide support to families in crisis in Bristol which improves outcomes for them and their children, reduces the need for social care involvement and reduces the number of children coming into care. The service will need to comprise of three distinct elements, which together will form the overall delivery model. The provider should have a demonstrable track record of delivering all three elements. The provision must: • Have an existing stable volunteer base in Bristol so referrals can be received and support offered from the beginning of the contract. • Be able to support families with complex levels of need (eg families in crisis and in need, step down from fostering, care leavers in supported accommodation, families going through or post care proceedings).

The contract is expected to run for an initial period of 24 months, with the option to extend for a further three optional (up to) 12-month periods. Vico Homes are a West Yorkshire based Housing Association who manages over 32,000 homes in the North of England. Vico Homes wish to source a single supplier for the provision of fencing services. These services will consist of: a) the supply only of timber fencing, timber trip rail, concrete posts, concrete gravel boards, postcrete, timber pedestrian access gates and gate furniture; and b) the supply and installation of timber fencing, timber trip rail, concrete posts, concrete gravel boards, timber pedestrian access gates and gate furniture. Our main objective is to provide fencing where required to Vico Homes managed/owned boundaries by procuring an efficient, effective and safe fencing service which enhances service delivery and the customer experience. Vico Homes are unable to guarantee any volume of business under any agreement arising from this tender and any quantities and/or volumes stated within this tender are for guidance only and no express or implied statement is given that these will be met or exceeded. For clarity there is no minimum or maximum value of works associated with this contract.

The Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) requires the provision of a secure managed reprographics and printing service for the production, copying, scanning and printing of court, evidential and other operational documentation. The service is critical to the delivery of police and criminal justice processes and will be required on a reactive basis to meet operational demand. The appointed supplier will be responsible for providing all equipment, consumables and associated resources necessary to deliver the service, including printing and copying equipment, paper, toner and other consumables. The service must be delivered from supplier-operated premises that meet the MPS's required security standards and are capable of handling sensitive and confidential information. Staff Personnel involved in the delivery of the service must hold, or be capable of obtaining, National Non-Police Personnel Vetting Level 2 (NPPV2) and Counter-Terrorist Check (CTC) prior to the start of the contract.

NHS Essex Integrated Care Board (hereafter referred to as "the Authority") invites suitably qualified providers to attend a virtual Market Engagement event which will inform the market of the Authority's intention to undertake a competitive procurement process for the provision of WorkWell, Work and Health Support Services on Thursday 6th August 2026 10:00hrs - 11.30hrs The Authority provides health and care to 1.9 million residents covering the geographical footprint of Essex, including Southend and Thurrock. The commissioning model will comprise of Local WorkWell Partnerships and a single Essex-wide WorkWell Neighbourhood Work and Health Coach Service, with delivery designed around local government reorganisation footprints and strengthened access at key intervention points, including GP surgeries where Fit Notes are commonly created and maintained. The programme expects to include a WorkWell Assistance Programme that, in combination with Neighbourhood Work and Health Coaches, supports early intervention. The Authority intends to procure the new 'WorkWell Service' provision and award appropriate contracts to suitable, technically capable providers. To award the contracts, the most suitable providers must have demonstrably satisfied the minimum Basic Selection Criteria, including financial and economic standing, and satisfy the Key Criteria assessment and the commercial envelope. The Council and the Fitzwilliam Wentworth Estate are seeking to identify and appoint a strategic development partner in connection with the planning, servicing, delivery and/or facilitation of the phased development of land at Bassingthorpe Farm, Rotherham. The site has been allocated for development with a Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) guiding the process. In line with the allocation and SPD it is anticipated that the site will be brought forward for a residential-led mixed-use development including up to approximately 2,000 homes together with associated infrastructure, highways, utilities, drainage, public open space, community uses and related placemaking works. The procurement in intended to identify a strategic development partner capable of: - working collaboratively with the landowners to optimise viability, deliverability and value; - promoting and securing a comprehensive and deliverable planning strategy; - coordinating and/or delivering enabling and strategic infrastructure; - facilitating phased development delivery, including potential onward parcel disposals to housebuilders or other delivery structures; and - supporting long-term stewardship and delivery objectives. The precise commercial and contractual structure through which the development will ultimately be delivered has not yet been determined and may include elements of development agreement, land disposal, phased land drawdown and related agreements.
