To deliver the TFIIIF programme, TFP requires access to a high-calibre, multi-disciplinary Strategic Advisory Partner(s) capable of providing integrated advisory, appraisal, feasibility, investment facilitation and SPV services. The contract will be structured as a Framework Enabling Contract with Statements of Work drawn down per project. TFP anticipates annual spend of approximately £1,000,000 against a ceiling of £5,000,000 +VAT over the full 3+1+1 year term. Fuel Cycle Technical Specification Development

This contract establishes the requirements for development of a suite of equipment‐level, near‐preliminary design technical specifications and associated datasheets for key components within the Spherical Tokamak for Energy Production (STEP) Prototype Plant (SPP) tritium fuel cycle. The objective is to produce clear, standardised, and accessible technical design guidance for mature tritium components, presented in a format that enables interpretation and application by suppliers. The specifications shall remain independent of final plant sizing and detailed interfaces, while providing sufficient technical depth to enable objective pre‐qualification and early supplier engagement. Developing the specifications will require a supplier to rationalise multiple sources of tritium design information and record the decision logic in selecting design criteria. Equipment for the scope is prioritised and includes tritium‐compatible valves, piping and pressure vessels, catalytic recombiners, molecular sieve beds, vacuum pumps and depleted uranium storage beds. National Grid requires the provision of comprehensive Asbestos Consultancy, Management, Analytical, Mitigation, Containment and Removal Services across its portfolio of operational and non-operational sites across England and Wales. The services are required across two separate National Grid business units: • National Grid Electricity Transmission (NGET) • National Grid Electricity Distribution (NGED) Suppliers should note that NGET and NGED operate as separate business units and may have differing operational requirements, governance arrangements, systems, processes, standards and reporting requirements. The anticipated term of the framework will be a 4-year initial term with 4 year extension options upon mutual agreement.
