Homes England - Thamesmead Waterfront - Financial Case

Homes England commissioned Newbridge Advisors to prepare the Financial Case for the Thamesmead Waterfront Outline Business Case (OBC) and undertake the financial analysis required for Homes England's economic appraisal.\\r\r \\r\r Thamesmead Waterfront is one of seven locations proposed to be taken forward as part of the Government's New Town Programme.
