The development will deliver approximately 174 bedspaces within a co-living model, including shared kitchens and lounges, communal areas, staff facilities, and support spaces. Scope of services will include (but not be limited to): • Development of interior design to RIBA Stage 3+ level • Coordination with architect and multidisciplinary design team • Preparation of room data sheets, finishes schedules and FF&E specifications • Joinery design and technical detailing • Wayfinding and signage strategy • Contribution to tender documentation for a Design & Build procurement route • Integration of inclusive, sustainable and psychologically-informed design principles suitable for supported housing The design must support the creation of safe, inclusive, aspirational and durable environments for young people experiencing homelessness or housing instability. Manchester City Council (MCC) is seeking to engage with the market to inform the commissioning of a Worklessness Programme aimed at supporting residents who are currently out of work to move towards and into sustainable employment. The Council aims to design a future programme that supports individuals furthest from the labour market, integrates with health, skills, and support services and promotes inclusive growth and reduces inequalities. The Worklessness Programme is primarily expected to offer support to unemployed or not economically active residents (16 years+) to move them into employment on programmes of up to 12 months. The programme can also support adults who are in work but need additional support to retain employment. Support should include person-centred interventions that improve confidence, wellbeing, and employability; enable progression into sustained employment and/or training; address wider barriers through holistic support and contribute to Manchester's inclusive economy ambitions. We are particularly interested in innovative, flexible delivery approaches, community and place-based models, partnership and consortium delivery models and digital and hybrid delivery solutions. Scope Description The Elizabeth Line is London's newest railway line running from Reading in the West through to Shenfield in the east through the middle of London. The operating of the railway is split into a number of teams carrying out maintenance and other activities on the network on a number of different shift patterns. Each of these teams have different roster patterns that are currently organised by a combination of methods. This investigation seeks to identify a single tool that will plan, adjust and report on staff rosters. Effective workforce planning is critical to ensure: - Safe and timely execution of maintenance activities - Efficient deployment of resources. - Compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations, in particular the requirements of the Office of Rail Regulator for fatigue risk assessments to be carried out and recorded where workers shifts meet requirements for duration, rest period and a number of other factors. Objective of the proposed solution We are exploring the implementation of a digital solution to support workforce rostering, planning and scheduling. The Authority has an enduring requirement to appoint suitably qualified and experienced auctioneers to support its Debt Management operations through the seizure, appraisal, storage and sale of customer assets as part of its statutory debt recovery activities. This procurement will be structured as a single HMRC led Open Procedure resulting in the award of separate contracts, one per Lot. It is not intended to establish a framework agreement. The scope of the services include Appraisal of assets prior to seizure; Contacting customers to facilitate debt recovery; Removal, transportation and secure storage and assets; Auction planning, marketing and sale of goods including online and physical auctions; Provision of specialist auction services where required; Remittance of sale proceeds; and Provision of management information and reporting. The services will be delivered across geographically defined regions. The contract will be let across multiple regional Lots, with Suppliers able to bid for one or more Lots. A maximum of two Lots may be awarded per Supplier. The Services are demand led and will be instructed on a Case by Case basis. The Authority does not guarantee any minimum volume or value of work. The Authority anticipates the following regional structure and indicative annual values, which are provided for information purposes only; Lot 1 North England approx. £150,00 per annum Lot 2 Midlands approx. £230,000 per annum Lot 3 Northern Ireland approx. £62,500 per annum Lot 4 South England and Wales approx. £230,000 per annum Lot 5 London approx. £202,500 per annum These figures are indicative and represent the Authority's current expectations only. Delivery and Management Partner - National Construction Framework

It is expected that the Delivery Partner and the Council will be responsible for jointly formulating the Framework strategy and requirements. The Council will permit the successful Delivery Partner to make the Framework accessible to other definable recognisable classes of Contracting Authority which are eligible, and grant a concession to the Delivery Partner to design, procure, and subsequently manage the Framework in return for a concession fee (whether in the form of rebates or otherwise) to be established under this procurement process. The Delivery Partner will be required to make all necessary commitments and investments, resources, financial or otherwise, to work in partnership with the Council to establish the Framework and will not receive any consideration or payment from the Council for the whole of the services to be delivered under the awarded Contract. In consideration for the Council awarding a Concession Contract to the Delivery Partner to design, procure, and subsequently manage the Framework, a concession fee will be payable by the Concessionaire to the Council. The concession fee is in return for the Delivery Partner commercially managing and deriving a commercial income from the Framework. The Delivery Partner shall accept that the Council cannot and does not guarantee to establish the Framework and does not give any warranty, express or implied about procurement rule

What the YCS does Established in September 2017 as a distinct part of HM Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS), the Youth Custody Service (YCS) is responsible for the Children and Young People Secure Estate, for children and young people between 10-17 in England and Wales. This includes: • the commissioning and management of outsourced youth custody services and sites; • the operational running of public sector sites; and • placing children and young people who are remanded or sentenced to custody. The Children and Young People Secure Estate is currently made up of four Young Offender Institutions for boys aged 15-17, one Secure Training Centre, eight Secure Children’s Homes and one Secure School. The YCS is dedicated to working with a wide range of central and local government partners and other agencies to improve the life chances for young people, bringing children’s voices into service design and to learning from the latest research and best practice.
