MANITOBA LIQUOR AND LOTTERIES CORPORATION REQUEST FOR QUOTATION REFERENCE NO. 27-RFQ-76815 Waste & Recycling Management Services - Winnipeg Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries (MBLL) requires a Contractor to provide Waste and Recycling Bin Rentals including pick-up and disposal (waste management) on a scheduled and/or an as-required basis, in a timely, cost effective and sustainable manner. MBLL also requires the supply of Multipurpose Towel on a scheduled and/or an as-required basis. The closing date for submission is August 14, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. Winnipeg time. Any resulting contract will have an expected duration of three (3) years; with MBLL’s option to exercise two (2) additional one-year terms. The offer is to be submitted in English.
