MANITOBA LIQUOR AND LOTTERIES CORPORATION REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL REFERENCE NO. 27-RFP-76959 Rubber Mat & Multipurpose Towel Rentals Services Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries (MBLL) requires a Contractor to provide Rubber Mat and Multipurpose Towel Rental Services at various MBLL locations within Winnipeg and locations in Rural Manitoba, on an as-required basis, in a timely, cost effective and sustainable manner. The closing date for submission is August 14, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. Winnipeg time. Any resulting contract will have an expected duration of three (3) years; with MBLL’s option to exercise two (2) additional one-year terms. The offer is to be submitted in English.
