The City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as the City, is seeking proposal submissions to provide professional engineering services to undertake Preliminary Design, Detailed Design, Engineering Services during Construction, Contract Administration and Construction Inspection for Renewal of St. Laurent BRT/LRT Tunnel Structures (SN056710-1/2/3, SN056700 and SN058710) Project, as described in the Terms of Reference attached as Annex “A” – Terms of Reference and Annex “B” – Contract Administration Services Terms Of Reference.
