OPS/ Audio Visual Systems

The City of Ottawa on behalf of the Ottawa Police Service (OPS), is seeking proposal submissions for the supply, delivery, and installation of Audio Visual systems (“AV System(s)”). The successful proponent will install and commission the AV Systems in designated rooms and areas at the Ottawa Police Service’s new ‘South Facility’, located at 3505 Prince of Wales Drive., Ottawa, Ontario. The OPS’ current requirement is comprised of 13 different types of AV Systems installed in approximately 48 rooms and areas, mostly made up of meeting spaces. This also includes a 911 Communications Center comprised of three (3) interconnected spaces utilizing Barco CTRL Platform, with video wall, interconnectivity with consoles and other audio-visual systems. During the period of contract, the actual quantity of required AV Systems might be adjusted. Installation and commissioning (“Services”) of the AV Systems is inclusive of all cabling and infrastructure installations required for the AV Systems equipment to be fully operational throughout the facility.
