Gros Cap Pump Station Security Fence and Building Envelope Improvements

PUC Services Inc. (PUC) invites qualified Contractors to submit quotations to construct a security fence and provide building envelope improvement work at the Gros Cap Pump Station, located at 4867 Second Line West, Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. The work includes foundation wall dampproofing, rigid insulation installation, parapet flashing cap repairs, and construction of a new 2.4 m high steel chain-link security fence and swing gate, together with associated excavation, aggregate reinstatement, grading, and site restoration. The successful Contractor shall provide all labour, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, locates, inspections, traffic and pedestrian controls, and environmental protection measures necessary to complete the Work. All Work must be performed in accordance with applicable legislation, codes, standards, and industry best practices, while ensuring the safety of personnel, protection of existing infrastructure, and continuity of facility operations.
