Energy and Climate Retrofit of Kitsaki Hall

Design, supply, construct, commission, and close out the Energy and Climate Retrofit of Kitsaki Hall. At minimum, the Work includes: • Project management, coordination, and consultation with LLRIB and its representatives; • Site verification, assessment, design development, and preparation of construction documents; • Construction of the approved retrofit measures, including administration, supervision, quality control, commissioning, and project close-out; • Repair and restoration of any disturbed property, surfaces, finishes, services, or Site areas to equal or better condition; • Preparation and submission of as-built drawings, operation and maintenance information, warranty documentation, training materials, and other close-out deliverables.
