Office Workstations

This PRQ is an invitation by The Governors of the University of Calgary (the “University of Calgary”) to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for the provision of Furniture (“Products”) and related services (“Services”) on an as needed basis to support the University of Calgary in the following category: Office Workstation Furniture In general, the University is seeking to satisfy the following objectives in issuing this PRQ: • Achieve the best solution for the needs of the University. • Obtain quality products and services at best overall value. • Enhance customer satisfaction and improvements in Services. • Facilitate the University’s purchases without limiting the choice or negate any other requirement. • Support Proponents that demonstrate their commitment to the environment. • The University will, at its discretion, qualify a minimum of two (2) Proponents.
