Neighbours Community Homes ("Owner"), (previously known as Houselink and Mainstay Community Housing), a non-profit supportive housing agency providing rent-geared-to-income housing and housing supports to individuals who are living with persistent mental illnesses and other special needs and currently managing 53 residential locations and more than 1,400 units across the city of Toronto, Ontario, invites submissions for consulting services for window replacements at 10 Landsdowne Avenue and 502 Eastern Avenue in Toronto, Ontario.
