Safety & Health eLearning Courses

The WCB has invited your firm to submit a Proposal for the following: Proposal to provide a comprehensive catalogue of occupational safety and health eLearning education and awareness courses for delivery through the SAFE Work Manitoba Training Portal. Description of Services The WCB requires the Contractor to perform the following: a. Course Catalogue: The Contractor shall: •Maintain a comprehensive catalogue of occupational safety and health eLearning courses from which SAFE Work Manitoba may select courses for delivery through the SAFE Work Manitoba Training Portal; •Provide selected courses in both English and French, where required by SAFE Work Manitoba; •Make selected courses available within three (3) weeks of receiving a request from SAFE Work Manitoba, unless otherwise agreed in writing; •Ensure that course materials clearly identify the training as educational awareness focused. b. Course Integration and Compatibility •The Contractor must provide eLearning courses in format that is compatible with the SAFE Work Manitoba Training Portal. Courses must be capable of being integrated and delivered through the Portal, whether directly or through secure cloud-based delivery methods, including application programming interfaces (API) or equivalent technologies. c. Learner Registration and Course Access •All learner registration, enrollment, authentication, course access, progress tracking, and certificate issuance must occur through the SAFE Work Manitoba Training Portal. •If an individual attempts to register directly with the Contractor for a course offered through SAFE Work Manitoba, the Contractor must redirect the individual to the SAFE Work Manitoba Training Portal. d. Certificates of Completion •The Contractor must ensure that successful course completion data is available to the SAFE Work Manitoba Training Portal to enable the automatic generation of certificates of completion upon satisfaction of all course requirements. e.
