The City of Ottawa, Facilities Operations Services hereinafter referred to as the City, on behalf of itself and the identified co-operating participants (See Article 1.1.2 for list of participants) are seeking offers from qualified firms to supply and deliver lamps and ballasts, as described in ANNEX A - SPECIFICATIONS on an as and when requested basis, in accordance with the Specifications, Terms and Conditions herein.
