Requirement The City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as the City, is seeking qualification submissions to provide professional engineering services to carry out the Preliminary Design, Detailed Design, Invitation for Tenders (IFT) package compilation, Contract Administration, Construction Inspection as well as Engineering Support Services during construction for the specified watermain renewal along Rothwell Drive, Wick Crescent, Gaines Drive and Clancy Street, as described in the Terms of Reference, attached hereto as Annex “A”.
