.1 Shared Health Inc. – Capital, Clinical Engineering and Facilities Management – Shared Health Project No. 25.26-WRHA-GH-5284, SMS Project No. 26-164-01, Grace Hospital – Cooling Tower Replacement, Grace General Hospital, Winnipeg MB (the "Project"). .2 The intent of this Tender is to obtain Bids from qualified Bidders for construction of all work indicated on the Drawings and in the Project Manual (the “Contract"). .3 The Construction Contract for the Tender will be the Standard Construction Document CCDC 2-2020, Stipulated Price Contract and General Conditions, as modified by the Owner’s Supplementary Conditions, refer to Section 00 73 00 – Supplementary Conditions.
