NL Health Services (NLHS) – Central Zone is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to invite qualified proponents to submit proposals for the provision and operation of a Community Care Home (CCH) for adults living with severe and persistent mental illness. The Community Care Home will provide accommodation and support for up to 25 residents in a recovery-oriented, supportive, and home-like environment. Services are to be delivered in accordance with the specifications and requirements outlined in this RFP, as well as all applicable legislation, including the Public Procurement Act.
