Residential and Nursing Care Home Partnership Framework in Herefordshire

Herefordshire Council is seeking to establish an Open Care Home Partnership Framework for the provision of residential and nursing care placements for Older People, Working Age Adults, and short-term discharge and reablement placements. The framework will support long-term partnership arrangements with providers to improve market sustainability, quality, outcomes for residents, and value for money. The framework will operate as an open framework, allowing providers to apply to join at defined intervals throughout its term.
