Snow and Ice Clearing Services, CFB Shilo, Manitoba DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project No. HABSL12_SC88105 – Snow and Ice Clearing Services, CFB Shilo, Manitoba The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision, and equipment necessary to provide snow and ice clearing services in order for designated surfaces to remain unobstructed for vehicular and pedestrian traffic at CFB Shilo, Manitoba within the residential housing zone, as indicated in the specifications. A site visit has been arranged for the following date, time, and location. It is highly recommended that bidders attend this visit. The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $183,500 for two years of service, with two optional one-year extensions. The total estimated cost, if fully extended is in the range of $403,300. The contract will be in place from November 23, 2026 to May 31, 2028. Following the Contract award, the contractor will be required to progressively mobilize and be ready to commence providing services on November 23, 2026. The Work must be completed no later than May 31, 2028. See Amendment No.1, Item 13 for further details.
