MANITOBA LIQUOR AND LOTTERIES CORPORATION REQUEST FOR QUOTATION REFERENCE NO. 27-RFQ-78175 Supply and Delivery of a New UPS System Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries (MBLL) is seeking quotations from qualified suppliers for the supply and delivery of a replacement Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system. This will be a complete, new, commercially available UPS system including associated batteries, transformers, maintenance bypass equipment, startup services, testing services, warranty, documentation, and delivery. The closing date for submissions is November 19, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. Winnipeg time. The offer is to be submitted in English. This competition is subject to various trade agreements, as applicable to Manitoba Crown corporations. Documents may be obtained from the Merx website (https://www.merx.com).
