Office Reconfiguration

The Work of this Tender is generally described below: The work to be performed under this specification shall consist of the supply of all necessary professional engineering and design services, management, labour, supervision, material, plant, tools, transportation, and warranty of workmanship and those materials supplied by the Contractor and all that is necessary for the complete reconfiguration as described below. Project includes but is not limited to: All necessary Building and Service Permits, Reconfigure existing office space as detailed on attached drawings, Construct new private offices and a new mechanical room, New kitchenette, New furniture, Soundproof insulation for private offices, Decommission existing shallow well, New waterline to building c/w softener, Reinsulate existing holding tank, c/w new liquid level alarm, All mechanical services, equipment and installation. All electrical services, equipment and installation. All reasonable incidentals necessary for the complete construction, Warranty of workmanship and materials, All work shall be performed to the highest industry standards, using best practices and skilled labour. Any defects, substandard workmanship, or deviations from the approved plans and specifications shall be corrected at the contractor’s expense. Workmanship shall reflect attention to detail, and a commitment to quality in all aspects of construction.
