CancerCare Manitoba New 2nd Building - Tender Package 1

PCL CONSTRUCTORS CANADA INC. has been appointed the Construction Management contract by Shared Health Department Led Capital Projects for the CancerCare Manitoba New 2nd Building Project. The project which generally consists of the construction of the new CancerCare facility at 796 Sherbrook Ave. The new building will be approximately 450,000sf spanning over 16 levels including basement, parking garage, skywalks and tunnels connecting to existing facilities. The new building will house radiation treatment bunkers, MRI simulation and Brachy OR facilities, advanced imaging and radiopharmaceutical, pharmacy and lab, oncology clinics, day hospital and systemic treatment spaces. This project is governed by the Manitoba Jobs Agreement. All bidders are to review and complete required forms with their bid submission. All questions related to the MJA should be sent to the construction manager during the tender. NOTE: Scopes within this tender are excluded from the Manitoba Jobs Agreement.
