NOTICE TO TENDERERS THE JACQUES CARTIER AND CHAMPLAIN BRIDGES INCORPORATED, commercial corporation legally incorporated, having its head office in Longueuil, Province of Quebec, established by the St. Lawrence Seaway Authority Act and herein acting and exercising its powers as an agent of His Majesty in right of Canada (hereafter referred to as “Owner”) invites you to submit a tender for Contract No. 62777 Jacques Cartier bridge, sections 1 to 9, paving and roadway maintenance work (2027-2029), (hereafter referred to as “Contract”). The Owner, as a manager of major infrastructures, adheres to the principles respecting the Government of Canada's relationship with Indigenous peoples and is moving forward on reconciliation with Indigenous peoples by taking action to reduce inequalities.
