RFSQ - Bioconvergence Centre, High Voltage & Mass Timber Contractors
Western University
Western University invites qualified high voltage and mass timber contractors to respond to a Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) for the Bioconvergence Centre, a new approximately 388,000 sq. ft. interdisciplinary research facility on Western’s main campus in London, Ontario. Proponents must demonstrate the experience, personnel and capacity to deliver their selected trade scope, including coordination of specialist subcontractors and suppliers. High voltage and mass timber submissions will be evaluated separately. This RFSQ is the first stage of a two-stage procurement process; prequalified proponents may be invited to participate in the subsequent tender process. The work will be delivered under the successful General Contractor, with final subcontract arrangements established in the tender documents. Prequalification does not constitute an award or guarantee of work.
