SPECIFIC PROCUREMENT NOTICE PROCUREMENT OF GOODS Egypt Catalyzing Entrepreneurship for job creation Loan No./89510 Assignment Title: Integrated Online Registration and Certificate Issuance System for Startups Reference No.: EG-MSMEDA-546402-GO-RFQ Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency (MSMEDA) has received financing from World Bank toward the cost of the project of "Catalyzing Entrepreneurship for job creation", and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under Integrated Online Registration and Certificate Issuance System for Startups Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency (MSMEDA) now invites eligible national bidders to participate in the tender of Integrated Online Registration and Certificate Issuance System for Startups as per the attached RFQ to be delivered at MSMEDA’s Headquarters in 120 Mohie ELDin Abo EL Ezz st., Dokki , Giza Bidding will be conducted through the request of quotation procedures as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” of September 2025, seventh edition.
