The Republic of Moldova has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the MSME Competitiveness Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contracts for Development and implementation of the e-Inspection platform for the inspection agencies of the Republic of Moldova. 2. The Public Institution “Project Implementation Unit of the World Bank Competitiveness Enhancement Project” acting as Project Implementation Unit of the MSME Competitiveness Project now invites sealed Proposals from eligible Proposers for procurement of Development and implementation of the Information System "Movable Collateral Registry" aimed to ensure the transition from the traditional paper-based business processes to extensive digitalization of movable collateral management in accordance with existing normative legal requirements and Technical Specifications . 3. The procurement process will be conducted through international competitive procurement using Request for Proposals (RFP) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Proposers as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4.
