Contextual Safeguarding- Market Engagement 2026

Cheshire West and Chester Council are seeking to commission the Contextual Safeguarding service providing support interventions to children and young people aged 10 years of age to 18 years (in exceptional circumstances the age may be lower) at risk of and or suffering from child exploitation, deemed Child Sexual exploitation and/or Child Criminal exploitation. This can include Cheshire West Children placed in other local authorities (subject to an agreed distance).
