The framework shall consist of 5 lots covering numerous disciplines: - Engineering & Technical Analysis, - Modelling, Simulation & Analytics, - Strategic Technical Consultancy, - Technical Assurance, Safety & Quality, - Market Modelling Design & Economics. Once established works under the framework shall be awarded via a combination of competitive allocation and direct allocation.
