Further information regarding SEEAT can be obtained here: https://www.seeat.org/ Tender information: The successful tenderer will be required to provide excellent cleaning services at SEEAT, which includes the following locations: •Hadleigh Junior School •Heycroft Primary School •Holt Farm Junior School •Prince Avenue Academy & Primary •Rochford Primary School •The Deanes School •The Westborough School •Westcliff High School for Girls The contract term being tendered for 3 years, from 1st August 2027 – 31st July 2030. There is an option for a further extension period for up to two additional years to 31st July 2032. The contract offers an excellent opportunity to review and propose enhancements to the current cleaning services. This includes both core term time cleaning and periodic deep cleaning throughout the year. The trust is seeking to appoint a cleaning contractor that will deliver consistently high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation across its schools, providing safe and welcoming environments for pupils, staff and visitors. The trust expects a professionally managed, efficient and responsive service that demonstrates value for money, with clear accountability, measurable performance standards and effective reporting at both school and trust level.
