The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs / Social Protection Commission has received Grant from the World Bank toward the cost of the Iraq Social Safety Net Enhancement Project (SSNSP) , and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Development of the MOLSA Social Registry System “ For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing, 2. Additionally, the objective includes enabling the SR MIS MOLSA to improve fairness, accuracy, and efficiency in delivering government assistance and social services 3.
